Meet the Owner
I’m Heath McManama, owner of Heath’s Home Watch & Property Care and a full-time resident of Smith Mountain Lake. Before making the lake my permanent home, I owned a vacation property here for many years, so I understand firsthand the concerns that come with leaving your home unattended and the importance of having someone local you can truly trust.
After more than 21 years of service in the U.S. Army, I built this business on the same values that guided my military career; integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. Those principles now shape how I care for my neighbors’ homes around the lake.
